I went to this urgent care at 8:00 right when they opened and I was checked in and seen, and back out the door in 30 mins with my problem solved!
Needed a drug screening appointment for an employer. I have been on hold for 30 minutes already - no one appears to answer phones, though the message between jingles says to hold on. Will probably have to get in touch with employer to reschedule with a professional clinic instead.
Used to be a place to go with great doctors. 4 stars but expect to wait. Last year or two its been horrible. Went back 2 or 3 times after the first visit. Had me do a bunch of tests at other place for over $300. Thought they were doing diff test than was actually done or I'd have just left. Gave me no help or treatment except to see another doctor. Last time 2 times said you're sick but nothing we can do. Even though I could barely manage to even drive there in the first place. Now they said all tests this recent times don't show anything. Now get a letter that the strep test shows another Group strep without any information and have been sick for nearly a month now because going there I'm nearly certain they will say nothing they can do. Place is horrible. But the nurses are nice and friendly.
Have been on hold, waiting for someone to answer the phone for 30 minutes. Pharmacy doesn't have my prescription and it's time sensitive. Front desk staff talks to each other about life a lot, yet no one answers the phone except the lovely little message that says not to hang up.
---- Update -- Went to the Clinic in North Mankato because I was getting worse and can barely breath. They were puzzled why I wasn't given anything and now have pneumonia. But I guess the test they took kind of told them that was coming but ehhh it's not "Major" as this place stated. We only take care of "Major" things I was told. Since when ? The past two years has been a joke here. Honestly I've suffered for months for no reason by going here instead of the main clinic which is also not by appointment. Which these guys must not know either.
