The coaches at Proventus are awesome! I started just under two years ago and am lifting weights and gaining strength back from injuries from in high school. There is no "age" to young or old to start crossfit. I can now do gymnastic moves and other olympic lifts that are super exciting! I would recommend this gym to anyone.
I started as the "skinny fat" girl in class over 2 years ago and now can do gymnastic skills and lift weights I never would have thought possible! The trainers do an amazing job with all skill levels and the sense of community and friendships you form in the classes is unlike any big box gym you'll ever go to. Thank you Proventus!!
