Management of this franchise is terrible. My mother has been using this location 6 month per year and a Mesa AZ location for the other 6 months per year. The Mesa location faxed this store a form to suspend my mothers membership last October. Management at this unit claims they never received fax and continued to charge the monthly membership to my credit card. Here the problem, they will not refund the money. They said that money was tight right now. Be careful if you are doing business with this location.
