They shopping experience was good. Had helpful sales person that allowed me time to talk things over with my family. The process never felt rushed. I never felt they were just trying to sale me something. The wait time to delivery was three weeks which wasn't ideal, but I am happy with the couch purchase. My husbands says they were gentle when moving the couch into the house and careful not to cause any damange to doorways or the couch. Excellent value!!
Solid place for some solid furniture. General quality is high, but some of the budget sofas feel like a sack of potatoes. I wouldn't buy here unless it's a holiday. Prices are crazy, but I may not have a good frame of reference for what a good coffee table should run. Crazy big selection, and they're happy to order something custom if that's your thing. Second sofa bought here and happy with both.
During my purchase, my salesman was going through all of the stuff we wanted and gave us a price with a "deal." When we sat down and he went through the numbers at the counter, the quote was $500 more than previously quoted because he "forgot to add in the protectant." I was ready for something like this as it always seems to happen so it didn't bother me, when you are buying 5K worth of furniture what is another $500, right? That is what they are banking on. All in all, a good experience as the furniture is high grade and delivery was a week faster than promised.
Amazing costumer service when purchasing, they even work on deals when buying a lot from them! Then you have an issue with one of the products you purchased and they could care less. Still after a year and half I regret spending the money we did there, we bought a very expensive entertainment stand, couch, table and bedroom set, which we love all but the couch! When we got the couch, we noticed staples sticking out on the arm of the couch. They sent someone to fix it and noticed it on the other side too, well he fixed both sides and the one side looked to tight, so he came back (yes I'm picky on furniture that's brand new and we spent a lot of money on). Well we still were not happy and the piece that we were having issues on didn't even attach to the couch properly, so I called again asking for them to just please replace that part and they wouldn't and tried making lies up that there was stains on the couch already!! So I had to email them pictures of every part of the couch showing no stains, I couldn't believe the stuff they were trying to get away with, she was awful and rude and I was in tears. I mean who wants to spend that much money on a couch that was awful quality and a year later the recliner stopped working.
I worked with Kevin over the phone to purchase our sectional. He was genuinely nice and took the time to listen to what we wanted. We are in love with our purchase!! A few months after receiving our sectional, we decided to purchase the ottoman. I called Kevin back to place the order. Unfortunately, we received the ottoman in the wrong fabric/color which in turn was totally fine, we realized the ottoman was too big for our space. I called Kevin who was very understanding, and the refund went smoothly.
R&R have really upgraded their furniture selection. They have really nice furniture, not just the lower grade stuff they used to only offer. Buying furniture is one of my least favorite things to do because of all of the hoops you have to jump through. Car buying has figured this out, low price, no bartering, no "giving deals", just give me a price and I'll decide if I want to pay that price for it or not.
