Got my bill for some work and the hours they charged me for were a lot more than what he was actually at my house. I called and the secretary argued with me for 1/2 an hour and after several conversations she admitted that their technicians over charge their customers and they know about it. Don't call them for anything
Love these guys! Called them after my other electrician kept putting me off week after week, had them do full remodel of the basement wiring as well as the media room speakers and a few other odds and ends. Price was very fair, but the best part was how organized and efficient they were, kept their word on scheduling and even cleaned up perfectly!
I had ESC Mankato come to my home to do some electrical work. They had to do partial work on the roof and now damage exists localized in that area. No damage was visible on the roof except where they were working. I tried to call a manager but ended up arguing with Joy the "office manager" and she refused to even left me speak to another manager which is why I'm leaving this negative feedback. If an owner or manager other then Joy would like to contact me I would appreciate that. Currently I am getting a home inspection report, estimate to repair roof (around $1000) and leaving feedback to let others know that Joy is impossible to work with. The images below show where we had to fill in and we also have original pictures. The repairs are not long term and will need more repair soon as this is now a likely water entrance point.
