Doctors are the best, but the receptionists suck and don't know what they are doing. I had to re-fax the same paper work 3 times and they still didn't realize it showed up (after calling every day, multiple times, during the week.)
I have been in to the urgent care twice in the past couple of weeks and neither visit has been "urgent." However, they do warn you that there's a wait. The nurses and nurse practitioners are very helpful and friendly!
i love east ridge clinic! i've never had a bad experience and i've been going there for 2 1/2 years (appx. 15 visits). the nurses have always been awesome as well as the doctors- especially dr. westfall. i highly recommend it. urgent care can be slow- primarily on the weekends which with my luck tends to be when i need to go but besides that i have no complaints.
