Dr. Walton worked on our daughter's tooth. We found Dr. Walton to be rude and condescending both to our daughter and ourselves.
With all the respect for the work of the dentists, I do not appreciate the fact that the doctor refused to discuss with us any other alternative treatments for my son's cavities, besides general anesthesia. It is my understanding that generally, other options exist in the children dentistry, it is the matter of the doctor wanting to consider them. When I mentioned that we will look for a second opinion, Dr. Hartmann's face expression, as well as her tone of conversation, changed not in our favor. I am confused by all the 5-star reviews this place receives. Besides, what the nurse mentioned about the upcoming treatment was not was the doctor intended to do. It seems the doctor did not have intention to even try a different approach. Upon leaving, they suggested my husband would sign papers stating our agreement to the surgery, while we clearly stated otherwise. The estimated bill would be around 7,000 and it seems they really wanted us to commit to this spending.
