The people there are friendly and professional, but their policies are strict and prevent them from having good customer service. I just had my reservation with them cancelled because I'm 12 miles from their location, and their limit is 10 miles. My reservation was going to be a couple hundred dollars, and they lost my business so that they driver didn't have to drive an extra 4 miles. That's just not smart business. Enterprise is far friendlier and more reasonable
I called for prices they told me it would be around 600 total I was like great. I had told the I'm will be going on a trip and might possibly leave it where I go. They said not a problem went in every thing seemed good they even checked mileage. Just as we were about to get things done they said the total will be 1600 more or less I asked why so much they said there is a high demand for cars. If I would have known I would have not wasted my time there.
I never write reviews about places, but it is time! I was stranded in Mankato when my car broke down and I needed to get home to the Twin Cities before it could get repaired. Another car rental agency just said, "Sorry, we are closing in 5 minutes", while the manager at Hertz went above and beyond in staying open late until I could get there to rent a car. I hope this never happens again, but if it does I know where to go for help and great service.
I have been renting cars at this location periodically for about 10 years. The staff is always courteous and professional.

Super friendly and helpful staff. They've stayed open 15 minutes beyond close for me in the past so I could pick up my rental.
