This was my first experience at a Pawn America, I was expecting a low ball offer but wow I left with more money than I expected! Tony was a great help and he was more than fair with me. Would definitely do business again!
Bridget and Cody are amazing!!! They are the people I love to work with the BEST!! They are always cheerful and have a kind demeanor. When times are tough and you have to make the tough decision to try to haggle money from a pawn shop just to survive, they make it a pleasant and less painful experience, making you walk out without regrets. Cody and Tony were really funny and helpful for us while we were selling our console. They made selling our stuff fun instead of a hassle. They care about making sure their customers are getting the best deal they can get for their money. It is now a place that I will come back here to sell things and to look for deals on pre- owned items. The staff is understanding and do not patronize you. Come here for a unexpectedly pleasant pawnshop experience.

Amazing, friendly helpful service, especially from Brigitte and Cody. They're always so cheerful and personable. I've had a couple visits not go as well as they should but never with either of these two working the counter. I honestly think employee of the months for both and possibly a raise is in order! Thanks for making things easier when the situation that requires being there isn't always so easy!
