Not very helpful, definitely will not be switching to them. They could benefit from customer service training.
These guys are great been with them for so many years I can't even count started with them after I was a teenager and got jerked around by Wells Fargo. I haven't lost any money to this bank to do over again or any crap. When you need a loan they don't jerk you around....
