Called again in June as i was confirming on my refund for renters rebate and the North Mankato office was not available so I had to speak with this Mankato office on Star street and I was told then in June it was never processed from the beginning but they found my "folder" and would submit it right away and they assured me this would be processed this time and not to worry.
Two months later in August still no check. Called back to this office and got yet another runaround saying it was never processed because they needed more information and a copy of IRS property tax statement and this office made ZERO attempt to contact me about this.
Two days later I get a call from his secretary telling us we don't qualify because of salary made this year. I have had no salary changes from the last 3-4 years and all prior years I received the rebate with no issues so this is obviously a boatload of BS!
Drove to the office and delivered this to Brandon's secretary at this office as Brandon himself was hiding behind his cubical apparently "too busy" to work with me directly.
very nice very professional they were very helpful they knew what they were doing i must say i will go to them again i liked them for there help they had given me to any one who has had a bad experience at one location give a different one a try the one on star street very amazing folks
HORRIBLE SERVICE! STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND! Processed my tax return with this office and received nothing but BS answers and ongoing run-around. Originally worked with a office out of North Mankato who failed to process the paperwork back in February in North Mankato office.
Called the main office HQ and reported this complaint and I was promised a call back about getting reimbursement for the $200+ costs i paid to get this lousy service which (Of Course) a call back to me never happened. I will never again get my taxes done by HRBlock and i suggest to all to AVOID THIS OFFICE THEIR SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!!!
HEATHER was rude laughed on the phone when I asked to speak to someone else other then her !!! would not reommend these people at all completely rude!!!
